1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Studio Cleaners ("we", "us", "our") to our clients ("you", "your").
By requesting, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. About Us
Studio Cleaners provides professional commercial cleaning services across a wide range of environments including:

Film and television studios

Office buildings
-
Schools and educational facilities
-
Gyms and leisure centres
-
Medical and healthcare facilities
-
Hotels and hospitality venues
-
Construction and contractor sites
-
Other commercial premises
3. Quotations
All quotations provided by Studio Cleaners are:

Free of charge unless otherwise agreed
-
Based on the information supplied by the client
-
Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to amend a quotation if the scope of work differs from the information originally provided.
4. Booking and Acceptance
A booking is confirmed when:

The client accepts our quotation in writing, email, or verbally; and

A service date has been agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises
-
Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available where required
-
Inform us of any known hazards, risks, or site-specific safety requirements
-
Ensure the work area is accessible and free from unnecessary obstructions
Additional charges may apply where access issues cause delays or prevent completion of the service.
6. Health and Safety
Studio Cleaners is committed to maintaining safe working practices.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where:

Working conditions are unsafe
-
There is a risk to our staff or contractors
-
Hazardous materials are present without prior disclosure
-
The client fails to comply with site safety requirements
7. Service Standards
We will provide our services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.
While every effort will be made to achieve the highest cleaning standards, results may vary depending on:

Existing conditions
-
Age and condition of surfaces
-
Previous maintenance standards
-
Staining, damage, or wear beyond normal cleaning processes
8. Changes to Services
Any changes to agreed services, schedules, locations, or requirements must be communicated as soon as possible.
Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
9. Cancellation
For one-off cleaning services:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
For contracted or recurring services:

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid.
11. Liability
Studio Cleaners maintains appropriate public liability insurance.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.
We shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear
-
Indirect or consequential losses
-
Business interruption
-
Loss of profits or revenue
Any damage or concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
-
Flooding
-
Fire
-
Industrial disputes
-
Power failures
-
Government restrictions
-
Acts of God
13. Confidentiality
We understand that many of our clients operate in sensitive and secure environments.
Any confidential information obtained during the course of our services will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
14. Data Protection
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
15. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us as soon as possible.
We aim to investigate and respond to complaints within 10 working days.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
